Cable Attachments

I have a range of cable attachments so that I can perform some additional exercises. The photograph below shows my assortment of attachments. There is a narrow grip 'V-handle' for cable rows and sternum pullups, a wide lat bar, a narrow lat bat with parallel grips that i use on occasion for cable rows and this one features a rotating inner which makes cable curls easy, but I don't do that exercise. There is a triceps rope, a chain for some extra length if needed and a single handle that can rotate for some isolation exercises - side lateral raises, one arm cable curls, one arm triceps extensions.

The wide lat bar, narrow V-handle and the triceps rope are the ones I use frequently for the big exercises and I always like to finish my chest workout with triceps pushdowns.
