Weight Lifting Accessories

There are many weight lifting accessories on the market such as belts, knee wraps, wrist straps, bar pads, etc. This section details just a few things that I believe may be of use. I may expand this section over time, but for now here it is.

The most useful items I believe are the dip belt and grippers (or grip machine), and for the odd occasion a loading pin. Rubber flooring is a choice but if you plan to do deadlifts or variations of deadlifts with significant weight and you value your floor and weight plates then the rubber flooring would be nice.
